Have a Space? Let's Open a Café in It.

Already Brewing inside a Coworking Space

Since October 2026, our café inside a coworking center in Aseana, Parañaque has served our best-selling hot and iced coffees to members and visitors, Monday to Friday.

Behind it is our café and roastery in San Pedro, Laguna, open since February 14, 2020, where we roast every bean we brew.

Partnership Questions

Costs, agreements, who the café serves, and trying it first.

How is this different from a franchise?

A franchise is for people who want to own and run their own Daily Grind™ café. A partnership is for owners of a space: you host the café and we run it with you.

Who pays for the fit-out and equipment?

It depends on the partnership: Daily Grind™ in a concession, both of us in a joint venture, and you in a managed coffee bar. The proposal spells it out for your space.

How long is a partnership agreement?

It's agreed in the proposal, based on the space and the fit-out.

Can the café serve only our staff or members?

We agree who the café serves with you before opening: only your staff or members, or the public too.

Can we try it before committing?

Yes. Book our mobile coffee bar for a pop-up in your building to see how your people like it.

Where can you open a café?

Tell us where your space is. We roast in San Pedro, Laguna, and run cafés in San Pedro and Parañaque, so we'll check each location with you.
